Rethinking How AI Is Taught in Business Schools

Booth's Sanjog Misra, the Charles H. Kellstadt Distinguished Service Professor of Marketing and Applied AI, outlines how AI has become a tool of the present, rather than a tool of the future, and the concerns that come with it. Misra writes, "Concerns about ethics, accountability, data privacy, and algorithmic biases are raising urgent questions about how this technology should be used and toward what end." He goes on to speak to how Universities can tackle those challenges when educating students on this developing and newly essential tool, preparing them as they enter a world evolving through and alongside AI.
